Bookings, Payments & Participation
Cancellations:
If a child is unable to train or attend a session due to injury, illness, or compassionate reasons, please contact PFA (via text or phone call) at least 90 minutes before the session begins. We can arrange a make-up session according to PFA's current schedule.
Failure to notify will result in a no-show, and no compensation or rescheduling will be offered.
Long-Term Injury:
In the case of a long-term injury (lasting more than four weeks), PFA provides the following options:
Weeks 1-6: A prorated credit will be offered towards the Holiday Camp or the next term.
Weeks 6-10: A prorated credit will be available for the Holiday Camp, another term program, or a refund for the remaining sessions.
Payment Terms:
New Players: A 10% deposit of the total booking fee is required from all new players. Payment is due 24 hours before the first session. This deposit is considered a trial fee and is non-refundable. The remaining balance of the booking fee must be paid 24 hours before the second session. All bookings will be invoiced for the full amount. If the payment is made in full, the booking is considered finalized.
All new players will receive a training kit to keep for all sessions.
Existing/Returning Players: Full payment is required 24 hours before the first session. Additional fees may apply if new training kits are needed.
All kits are provided by Gioca.
