What to expect:

Advanced sessions focus on high-level skills, practice, and intensity. They may target specific positions or skill levels. These sessions are physically and mentally demanding, requiring players to be committed, focused, and eager to reach their highest potential in football.

Areas of Focus,

Kicking - Passing & striking technique.

Ball Control - 1st touch, ball positioning & using all types of body pairs to control the ball. 

Drilling - Inside and outside of the feet techniques and where to use them correctly.

Running - Agility, explosive power, changing direction.

Strength & Conditioning - balance, flexibility, endurance, jumping, reaction time, power.
